A Few Things to Know Before Booking

To make sure everything runs smoothly, here’s a quick overview of how booking works:

  • 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. No dates are held without payment.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your photoshoot.
  • E-transfer is my preferred payment method. Credit card payments are available with a 3.5% service fee — just let me know in advance if you’d like to pay this way.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your session time.
  • Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original date.
  • If rescheduling results in lost studio or location fees, those costs will need to be covered for the new session.
  • Cancellations are allowed, but the retainer is non-refundable.

Your Gallery

  • You’ll receive a private online gallery to view, select, and download your images.
  • Galleries are available for 7 days after delivery, so please be sure to download your images before they expire.
  • Gallery re-uploads after expiration are available for a small fee.
