To make sure everything runs smoothly, here’s a quick overview of how booking works:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. No dates are held without payment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your photoshoot.
E-transfer is my preferred payment method. Credit card payments are available with a 3.5% service fee — just let me know in advance if you’d like to pay this way.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your session time.
Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original date.
If rescheduling results in lost studio or location fees, those costs will need to be covered for the new session.
Cancellations are allowed, but the retainer is non-refundable.
Your Gallery
You’ll receive a private online gallery to view, select, and download your images.
Galleries are available for 7 days after delivery, so please be sure to download your images before they expire.
Gallery re-uploads after expiration are available for a small fee.
